WHEN

4. and 5. JUNE 2016

WHERE

Theatre in the Woods - Rovinsko selo - 8km from Rovinj and sea - CROATIAN ISTRIAN COAST, 100km away from Trieste (exact coordinates will be given upon e-mail registration)

Welcome to join us in this 2 days workshop, where we will explore different sound scapes with healing instruments of different cultures: tibetan singing bowls, gong, koshi chimes, shakers, bells, rain sticks, frame drum and various percussion.
Along with the sound we will cultivate movement practice and explore our bodies through the full potential of dance.
Sound and movement are means by which we expand our consciousness, awareness and mindfullness.
With Gong we will allow contact between the physical and the spiritual part of one's inner landscapes to happen.
Our inner self is reflected in symbols, feelings, visions, imagination ...
Lets unlock that!
Each day we will awaken our body and senses with Kundalini Meditation and continue with creative sound & movement work in inspiring studio in the middle of the woods!  From duets to collective group work, we will create safe and inspiring playground for all.

You will have a free time to reflect gathered experience, to practice mindfullness together with listening to the echoes (of nature and yourself). You will have time to explore beautiful small city of Rovinj and maybe even to open the swimming season, if weather conditions will be kind to us. Evenings will be spiced with open air or indoor sound bath -amazing healing sessions with gong. You will experience the art of doing nothing - “deep hammocking” - , enyoj in the warm homestay made from organic materials (straw bales, wood and clay), eat vegetarian food, feel connection with all five elements - fire, wood, water, earth and metal, being close to the wild nature...
